About us
Yumeng Spa is at Cempaka Apartment Hotel, Menara PGRM, Jalan Pudu Ulu, Cheras, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, open 24 hours daily, all year round. Treatments include Classic Foot Massage, Tui Na Chinese Massage, Localized Therapy, Fancy Back Stepping, Acupoint Cupping Therapy, Meridian Gua Sha Therapy, Serenity Ear Spa, Eye Spa Wash, Traditional Thai Massage and more, plus a sauna and a light-meal menu.
Nature of our services
Everything we offer is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical care and is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first and tell us before your session starts, so your therapist can adjust pressure and technique.
Prices and payment
- Prices on this site are before the 10% service charge and 8% SST; final amount to be confirmed by our concierge.
- The sauna and light meals are quoted on WhatsApp.
- Payment is at the shop; this site takes no online payment.
Bookings and changes
See Booking Changes & Refunds. A booking, change or cancellation counts only once we confirm it by WhatsApp reply.
House rules
- Tell your therapist any time the pressure or anything else feels wrong.
- Please treat therapists and other guests with respect; we may stop a session over harassment or abusive behaviour.
- Navigate with Google Maps, Waze or Grab — search "Menara PGRM".

Privacy Policy
The only personal information Yumeng Spa holds is what you choose to send us on WhatsApp or Telegram. This website has no account system, no online payment and no forms asking for your details.
What we receive
When you message us on WhatsApp (+60 11-2318 7188) or Telegram, we see your display name, your number or handle, and whatever you send — for example how to address you, the treatment you want and your arrival time. If you don't send it, we don't have it.
How we use it
Only to confirm bookings, arrange your session and answer questions. We do not sell your information or pass it to third parties unrelated to running the shop, and we will not send you marketing blasts without your consent.
Third-party platforms
WhatsApp and Telegram are independent platforms; your chats with us are also governed by their own privacy policies. Our wa.me and t.me links lead to pages run by those platforms.

You can browse this site without registering or entering any details. If we ever add visitor-analytics tools, we will update this page before using them.
Deleting or correcting your information
Message us in the same chat; we will verify, handle it, and reply on WhatsApp with the outcome.
