Booking Changes & Refunds
Yumeng Spa is at Menara PGRM in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Bookings, changes and cancellations are all handled in one WhatsApp chat, and only our reply confirms them.
How to book
- Message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-2318 7188 (ask for Manager Xiao Meng) with the treatment you want and your arrival time.
- Your booking stands once we reply to confirm it.
- Walk-ins are welcome around the clock; booking ahead secures your preferred slot.
Changing your booking
Plans changed? Send a message in the same WhatsApp chat and we will move you to another slot based on that day's schedule. The change is final once we reply to confirm it.
Cancelling
Just message us if you can't make it. No online payment is taken when you book; if a deposit is ever needed for a specific slot, we will tell you on WhatsApp first.
Payment and refunds
- All treatments are paid at the shop. This website takes no online payment.
- Prices on this site are before the 10% service charge and 8% SST; final amount to be confirmed by our concierge.
- For a refund or adjustment after payment, keep your receipt and message us on WhatsApp; what both sides confirm in that chat is what applies.
